5 Mar 2018 Special Olympics 2018′ 0 likes Special Olympics, 3-3-18, Elyria High Athletes from all over Northeast Ohio competed in the 2018′ Special Olympics, Individual Skills competition. Loretta Smith, from Ashtabula, was born blind and is a competitor in the tournament. Loretta’s aide guides her through the dribbling challenge by the sound of her voice.
