My first moose!

As I drove the back roads along the Grand Tetons, I saw this beautiful creature peeking its head over a hill, munching on leaves and twigs. I slammed on the brakes, pulled over and grabbed the cameras.

She nonchalantly watched me from a distance, eating away before crossing the river and disappearing into the forest.
I was thrilled to finally get a glimpse of one of these majestic animals.
